I am all about alternative ways to help mental health, pain management, and stress. It is not secret I am a CBD fan. I was addicted to Acetaminophen a few years ago. Yes, it is possible. I have been working on my health and fitness and weight loss for a while. Probably actively for about 2 years. And so now that I am heathier, I am very conscious of my wellbeing.
