We have discovered a fun new thing to do as a family. Eat2Explore has International Cooking Kits and Baking Kits for families of all types. Share a fun, authentic cultural and culinary experience in the kitchen. We got 2 kits and an awesome recipe book!

We received the Italy kit. Family plays a central role in Italian traditions, and a large family meal is still customary in many Italian households. In the Explore Italy box, it introduces families and kids to basic information about the country and to the different courses of a traditional Italian meal. Included in the box are 3 popular recipes, and educational materials to learn about the country's geography, history, music, art, and language.

I love to snack. A snack food as a gift to me is awesome! And for Mother's Day (and also a great gift for upcoming Father's Day), getting me snacks will get ya on my good side. A third-generation, female-owned business, Hubbard Peanut Company (Hubs) is a great start! Moms deserve more than flowers and chocolates sometimes, so treat them to something truly unique: Hubs’ Peanuts!

There are a bunch of different varieties and treats, but we scored two that are perfect for us! For me, the mama with a sweet tooth: Hubs Peanut Brittle is a deliciously crunchy addition to confections or enjoyed on its own for a sweet, satisfying treat.

For Jason (the Hubs, ha ha!), the laid-back dad: Happy Hour Mix is the perfect twist on traditional party snacks. It’s a genius blend of quality ingredients that will wow the taste buds! I love the little "lifter" that comes with the cans, so you can easily open them and then seal them back up tight for freshness. The only other thing I can say is get more than one can, because you won't want to share!

Miss Myrtle's Cookies #MothersDay2025

Miss Myrtle's Chocolate Chip Cookies is an artisanal, Bronx-based, small-batch baked chocolate chip cookie company. They are primarily an online store operation but have been sold at some well-known NYC venues such as Hester Street Fair, Grand Bazaar, Greenpoint Terminal Market, Northeast Bronx Farmers Market, Riverdale Y Sunday Market, and Bronx Park East Farmers Market. They were also sold directly from a local 24-hour grocery called The Botanical Market, located on Boston Road and Pelham Parkway in the Bronx, for several months during the pandemic. But if you are not local, you can find them online and send a treat to Mom for Mother's Day!

There are a few different varieties, and we got to try the Regular Chocolate Chip Cookies Treat Bag - Take a bite into chocolate chip heaven! Made with all-natural ingredients with the right amount of sweet and spice!

The two-packs can be two of one flavor or one of each flavor. Hubby and I both preferred the bourbon, however, but the jars did not last long! *Wink*
