We tried the organic beef. Dry-aged 21 days for maximum tenderness and flavor, their grass-fed beef comes from family farms where great taste is a point of pride. The steaks have the rich marbling you expect from the best steakhouse cuts – but with less saturated fat and cholesterol.

We got the New York Strip. The classic steak everyone loves, the New York Strip Steak delivers a perfect blend of tenderness and flavor. This crowd pleaser is delicious and easy to cook on the grill. My husband grilled it up, and it was good. Really good. But fairly expensive. But if you go to a meat market, you will be paying these prices as well.
