Calling All Mommies - Sleep

I need help. Callan has gone from sleeping through the night and taking 2-3 hour naps in the daytime to practically not sleeping at all. Naps are a no-go, and he will stay up in his room and play until midnight or 1am sometimes before he falls asleep. He is not scared, not having bad dreams, not overly stimulated. I just don't know what it is. A phase that toddlers go through? What the heck do I do? Thank goodness he does not wake Mason up.

I need help. How in the heck do you find a babysitter? We don't know anyone with teenaged kids in our area. Our closest relatives are an hour away. Sometimes Mama and Daddy would like to go out to dinner alone, or catch a movie. That is hard to do with the kiddos. And every parent needs some grown-up time. So, how do I go about finding a babysitter? A stranger none the less....Help!
