About The Author: 

Tonya Todd tells stories about passionate women and the lovers obsessed with them. Her fiction explores the infinite hues of what drives us all: relationships and desires. As an author, actress, and activist, Tonya is invested in fair representation in the literary and cinematic worlds she inhabits. Her involvement in both communities provides a platform to champion marginalized artists and contribute toward an environment that embraces a variety of voices. Tonya served on the board as Henderson Writers Group’s Education Chair for four years and still coordinates Dime Grinds, their program that exposes authors to the public via monthly meet-and-greets. She is the co-host of Femme On Podcast. Her anti-censorship series Banned Books Conversations is available on her YouTube channel. She is currently working on a Dracula retelling from Mina Murray’s perspective.
