At Ivy’s Reserve, they’ve been making award-winning cheese and butter in beautiful Somerset, England, for over a century. It’s a family tradition begun by Grandmother Ivy, who perfected the recipe and taught her family to work closely with nature. We were delighted to try the newest brand addition with the Farmhouse Butter, which is now exclusively in Whole Foods Markets in the US.

Ivy’s Reserve Salted Farmhouse Butter - The deliciously creamy carbon-neutral farmhouse butter is still made to grandmother Ivy’s special recipe, using 100% green energy. Its unique smoothness and clean finish come from the use of whey cream, created as part of the cheesemaking process, and the care with which it’s churned. With the addition of just the right amount of salt, it’s perfect for toast but able to add something special to baking and cooking too. I am cherishing it because it is so creamy and smooth, and yummy! I am going to use it for my Mother's Day Brunch, but otherwise, no one else can touch it, because it's mine! Ha ha! I can't wait to try the cheese, because I love cheese, and can only bet I will love this brand's cheese as much as I love the butter!
