#Vaycay2021 Getting There

Well, the start of our vacation didn't seem like it was going to go well. The first day was our longest haul. The planned trip was from Blackduck, Minnesota to Munising, Michigan to Sault Ste Marie, Michigan to St. Ignace/Mackinac, Michigan and then back, with a stop at Lake Gogebic State Park. That first day was 8-10 hours with stops, etc. Well. First the sway bars snapped in Ashland, Wisconsin. Good thing for the tractor supply store. So, Jason squared us away. And we continued on to Michigan, we were really close at that point to the two states' borders. We'd been in Michigan for a bit and we decided to stop for lunch at a Subway. Get out stretch, etc. I had asked for mayo and oil on my sub. The woman behind the counter did not understand what I was asking. She asked me 3 times to repeat myself. She didn't know my pronunciation of oil. I was like are you kidding me. We are both from the Midwest. Oil should sound the same. Oy-ill. How I say. Ole. How she said it. She still should have known. I think she was messing with me. Also, right away I noticed you had an S on when people in the UP (Upper Peninsula) said you. Like what are yous guys doing, where do yous guys wanna sit, etc. Made me want to reply with mes, wes, and Is. Ha ha. Anywho, we made it to our first stop in Munising, Michigan. And, then more trouble began with the RV, ugh. The slideout would not work, and the hot water would not work. I wanted to cry. Like is THIS how the vacation is going to go?!? Are you kidding me? But, of course, in no time, Jason had it all squared away, and he smacked me on the butt and told me to calm my tits down, and enjoy myself. Callan told me we had our angels looking out for us. And so we set up camp, and went out exploring our first stop on our trip!

Types Of Lung Cancer You Might Need To Know

Lung cancer is a type of cancer that develops in the lungs. It develops when cancer cells start to grow out of control in the lungs. Most types of lung cancer are in the lungs, while other but rarer types can occur on the lungs and chest walls. SCLC tends to respond effectively to radiation therapies as well as chemotherapies. Regrettably, many patients with SCLC tend to return for treatment at some point. However, there are lung carcinoid tumors which are rare. They account for fewer than 5% of all lung tumors and are associated with slow growth.

Back From Vacation #Vaycay2021

We just got home from our first summer vacation in.....10 years? Yes, no joke. So this was the first time we have been on a real vacation where I did not have to change diapers, y'all! We took the RV and roadtripped (is that a word?) across the northern coast to the UP of Michigan. So we started out here in Minnesota, went to Duluth, and across to Superior, Wisconsin, then made way to our first stop in Munising, Michigan to the Pictured Rock Lakeshore for 2 nights. Then we made way to Sault Saint Marie for a few nights, and then on down to St. Ignace and Mackinac Island for 2 nights. Then back up to Lake Gogebic State Park for one night, making our way back home. It was much needed, as I have been working 12 hour days with the transition happening at work - our company was bought out.....acquisitions and mergers, etc. etc. And it has been a rough year for me, it being the 10 year angelversary this year for Mason. Lately, been sort of in a funk, so this vacation was much needed for our family. And we so enjoyed it! So I have decided to do a little series about our trip, and I will feature some of the fun things and shops and treasures we found along the way! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did! And I am sure glad to be back! Home - and blogging!
