Family Practices: A Guided Journal of Togetherness and Discovery with Your Loved Ones
What better a time than the New Year to renew the relationships with you family and loved ones? Get a fresh start and start the year off right. And part of having a good strong bond with family I think is also a part of self care, which I am working on this new year. Because you need to surround yourself with good healthy relationships in order to be able to take care of yourself emotionally as well. And I think this journal is a great tool to help with that for your family, plus it can be fun!
Created from scientific research in neuroplasticity and how people build resiliency, this family-friendly guided journal is the perfect tool to bring parents and children together to foster love, support, and a lasting bond.
Family Practices is separated into five sections: Connection; Taking Care of Each Other; Our Family Mission Statement; Our Visions & Dreams; and Expressions of Our Love. Meant to be filled out together and individually, pages encourage communication with thoughtful and creative exercises and engaging prompts to record favorite moments and memorable stories. There are also inspirational quotes sprinkled throughout to guide your family’s journey through the book, plus a list of recommended reading at the back.
Use this journal to strengthen the family bond and connect with each other as you record your unique story.
