I loved the book. I found it very informative and also interesting, especially since I am at a certain age where I am conscious of what I put in my body finally. It was not a boring diet book read, and actually I could not put it down for 2 days!
Protein Bars: Eat Like A Woman plant-based protein bars are designed by award winning author and writer on women's health issues, Staness Jonekos. Inspired by the latest trends in women's health science, they are functional, healthy, soft and chewy, high protein snacks. Packed with healthy ingredients to keep energy levels high and support performance and better mood. They are really very good, unlike a lot of bars out there. My fave of course is the Love bar - chocolate! But all of the flavors are very good, and good for you!
