Carrington Farms Lupin

We are all about eating healthier these days, with all of our dietary restrictions. And we tried Lupin from Carrington Farms the other night. What is Lupin you ask? Hailing from the same family as chickpeas and lentils, this Australian grown legume packs a tasty punch. Perfect for the consumer looking for a low glycemic index side dish. Served like rice, and cooks like couscous, this delicious side dish is ready in 3 quick minutes! Why should you eat it? Because it has more protein than Quinoa, more dietary fiber than oats. With 1g of net carbs it is Keto-Friendly. Plus it’s also Vegan and non-GMO.
We also tried it as a breading for chicken, and it was awesome! Check it all out at Carrington Farms on Facebook, as well as Carrington Farms on Twitter.
