The Circle Of Life - It Comes Back To You

We donated our son Mason's organs in 2011. Five organs plus knee tissue. We have heard from one recipient and that has meant the world to us. My husband had surgery Tuesday on a broken ankle and received bone grafts....one donor cadaver bone and one donor of stem cells. We were told we would be able to contact the donor families through their donor centers. It pleases us that the gifts we offered into the world on behalf of our son are being returned to back to us through other families sacrifices. This is the reason we encourage and educate about organ and tissue donation. You never know who it will help, even in some small way.
