FlapJacked Pancakes

We were able to try all three flavors! Yum! The Cinnamon Apple Protein Pancake Mix is made using real apples, whole oats and quinoa, these delicate and delicious protein pancakes are light and fluffy yet loaded with vitamins, minerals, complete protein and fiber. They jammed ½ teaspoon of organic cinnamon in each serving to help you balance your blood sugar and potentially lower your LDL (“bad”) Cholesterol. With only 180 calories per serving, the Cinnamon Apple Protein Pancakes is slightly nutty, will fill your kitchen with the aroma of cinnamon, yet will be slightly sweet to taste with a hearty 15 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber in each serving!

The Banana Hazelnut Protein Pancakes are made with whole oats and sweetened with bananas, this pancake is loaded with potassium and fiber. Hazelnut meal adds vitamin E in addition to B vitamins, including folate and is also a rich source of potassium, calcium and magnesium. With only 200 calories per serving, the Banana Hazelnut Protein Pancake Mix has a sweet, nutty flavor while modestly packing 16 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber in each serving.

The Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix is made using sweet cream buttermilk and coconut flour, this pancake boasts a complete protein with antioxidant power. The key ingredient is the super food quinoa, which is the only grain that supports healthy bone and muscle growth with a complete protein. (9 essential amino acids!) With only 200 calories per serving, the Buttermilk Pancakes have a buttery, delicate and slightly nutty flavor while modestly packing 17grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber in each serving. This flavor was my favorite, but they were all so good!
