We got to try the New York Style Pretzels. The signature traditional recipe is processed in the authentic Bavarian style using Natronlauge (a mixture of Sodium Hydroxide and water). This produces a hearty, rustic, old-world flavor, delicious plain or topped with pretzel salt. A Vegan Snack. So good! We can't get enough of these!! Yum!
