I got to try a variety of products from Evol, but my favorites are these two! Yum!
Pork Carnitas • Tender pulled pork, cilantro lime rice, black beans, cheddar cheese and a authentic tomatillo salsa - All hand rolled together in an insanely tasty flour tortilla.
Chicken Enchilada Bowl •
Tender braised white meat chicken, pinto beans, cilantro lime rice, cheddar cheese and roasted corn layered between authentic corn tortillas - All topped with an insanely tasty green enchilada sauce.
