What Must I Do To Be Saved Blog Tour

What Must I Do To Be Saved by James R. Anderson

About The Book:
In the Bible, God promises that if we seek God we shall find Him (I Chronicles 28:9; Jeremiah 29:13; Proverbs 8:17). The Bible also promises that we can know when we have eternal life (I John 5:13). What Must I Do to Be Saved is a compilation of scripture verses found in the New Testament of the Bible, which tell us how to gain eternal life in heaven. The author has purposefully ignored denominational creeds and traditions, letting the Bible speak for itself. The book was written for those who are genuinely seeking God and His pathway to heaven as well as believers who desire to strengthen their assurance of eternal life in heaven. This book takes us back to the Bible, in all its power, truth, and simplicity, to see just what God has to say about how to gain eternal life. You may be surprised at how simple, according to the Bible, salvation really is.

My Thoughts:
This book was of particular interest to me, since I want to go to Heaven and spend eternity with my son, Mason, who is already there. This book is beautiful. It not like other devotionals you may have seen that have dates on them. This one just lists a verse or section from the Bible, and then breaks each up, so you could read it daily as a devotional, or read on more if you wish. A very nice book!

About The Author:
The author, James R. Anderson, earned a law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974 and practiced law in Minnesota for 30 years before retiring. During that time, Mr. Anderson argued several cases defending Christian liberties against state intrusion.

I received a complimentary review copy of this book from Pump Up Your Book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
