Funny Face Cranberries

In the 1960’s Pillsbury launched the Funny Face characters to front a line of powdered drink mixes, much like Kool Aid. These characters could be found on neighborhood drink stands, coffee mugs and a number of fun toys; which can fetch quite a price among today’s collectors. Thanks to Decas Cranberry Company of Carver, MA, four of these lovable characters have been re-purposed to champion a new brand of healthy dried fruit snacks for kids called Funny Face Dried Cranberries. 

 Each character represents a unique, fun flavor of dried cranberry: Goofy Grape, Rootin Tootin Raspberry, Freckle Face Strawberry, and Choo Choo Cherry. The goal of Funny Face cranberries is two-fold. First and foremost, Decas is passionate about their little super fruit and excited to share the nutritional benefits of the cranberry with kids and parents everywhere. Second, Decas wants to make the experience of feeding children healthy food a little bit easier by providing a really fun experience alongside their product, including: online videos, coloring books, recipes, games and crafting projects. They are excited to launch Funny Face back into it’s rightful position on super market shelves and help today's kids put a little more fun in their face!
