Udi's Gluten-Free

Udi Baron and his wife Fern founded Udi The Sandwich Man in Denver, Colorado in 1994. Their premise was simple: everyone loves delicious food - why not make some? In the years since, with their daughter Robin and son Etai also on board, and with continued attention to superior ingredient quality, great culinary sense, and excellent customer service, what started as a small ready-to-eat sandwich business has grown into six thriving family businesses: a local artisan bakery (where they bake their legendary Udi’s breads), a catering company with a state-of-the-art kitchen where they make everything in-house, five cafes, new middle eastern restaurant Pickled Lemon, and two national companies: Udi’s Gluten-free and Udi’s Granola.

We were able to try some of Udi's Gluten-Free products as a family. Whole Grain Hamburger Buns: Grilling in the backyard is now delicious, nutritious and gluten free. Loaded with 6 grams of fiber, these hamburger buns come fully equipped with the right nutrients to accompany a savory sandwich or classic burger.

Snickerdoodle Cookies: Craving something sweet? Then you will love these sugary Snickerdoodles filled with vanilla and cinnamon spices. Soft & chewy these are the perfect snack.

And for Hot Dog Month (July!) - Classic Hot Dog Buns: Make BBQs gluten free and delicious! These soft and savory hot dog buns provide the perfect match for a classic hot dog, Philly cheesesteak or anything else your heart desires.
