The Magic Of Mothers & Daughters

The Magic Of Mothers And Daughters (Chicken Soup For The Soul) by Canfield, Hansen, and Newmark

About The Book:
Mothers and daughters. They are, at the same time, very similar and completely unique. This relationship - through birth, childhood, teen years, adulthood, grandchildren, aging, and every step in between - can be the best, the hardest, and the sweetest. Mothers and daughters will laugh, cry, and find inspiration in this collection of stories that remind them of their shared love, appreciation and special bond.

My Thoughts:
Since Mother's Day has just recently passed, this was a great book to read. It is nice to be able to relate to these stories, thinking of me and my own mother. I can understand some of what she went though in the early years of raising kids, since I am now a raising a preschooler myself. These stories settle in your bones, and make you appreciate your own mother. The strongest bond in the world is the one a mother has with her daughter.

About The Authors:
Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen are co-founders of Chicken Soup for the Soul. Amy Newmark is publisher and editor-in-chief of Chicken Soup for the Soul.

I received a complimentary review copy of this book from Shelton Interactive. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
