San-J Cooking Sauces

Tamari, the original Japanese soy sauce, dates back to the 7th century A.D. While San-J is not quite that old, it was founded by the Sato family as a Tamari and miso company in 1804 in Mie, Japan. Current San-J President, Takashi Sato, is an eighth generation member of the founding family. They began brewing the first Tamari from their Richmond, Virginia, facility in 1987, continuing the tradition of Japanese brewing mastery over two centuries. Each small batch of Tamari is naturally brewed for up to six months, using traditional methods, with no MSG or artificial preservatives added. San-J Tamari is made with 100% soy and no wheat for a richer and smoother flavor than regular soy sauce. All San-J Tamari is certified gluten free, kosher and Non-GMO Project Verified. San-J uses their Tamari in a variety of delicious Asian sauces and seasonings.

My family was lucky enough to try the cooking sauces.

Hot, sweet, tangy and gluten free. Pour on the excitement of San-J's Gluten Free Asian Cooking Sauces. Each sauce is made from the finest all-natural ingredients, featuring San-J Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce for taste that's beyond compare. Unlike most ordinary soy sauce that is made with 40-60% wheat, San-J Gluten Free Tamari is made with 100% soybeans and no wheat - imparting a richer, smoother flavor that enhances each of the cooking sauces. With San-J Gluten Free Asian Cooking Sauces, preparing delicious Asian-inspired meals at home was never so easy! All San-J Gluten Free Asian Cooking Sauces are certified gluten free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. Look for the Certified Gluten Free logo on the label. There are 6 flavors of sauces: Thai Peanut Sauce, Szechuan Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Sweet & Tangy Sauce, Asian BBQ Sauce, and Orange Sauce.

We eat a lot of chicken and pork in our family, and we used the sauces to marinate. Oh my goodness, they were all sooo good, and a lot of times I don't like hot or tangy flavor, but these are so smooth and delicious! These sauces will jazz up our dinners for a long time! Yum!

I received products from Orca Communications and San-J in exchange for a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
