15 Minutes Outside

15 Minutes Outside by Rebecca Cohen

About The Book:
What if you got outside every day, and what if you could get your kids to come along? It sounds modest, but the effects, as dynamic outdoor spokesperson Rebecca Cohen herself can testify, are profound. This inspiring collection of activities gives families an idea for every day of the year, requiring little planning, no expertise and relatively little resources (time, cash, or patience!), no matter where they live. Simple and inspiring, this book is bursting with hundreds of easy ways to get your family out into nature a little bit every day.

My Thoughts:
I love this book. I needed this book, especially living in an apartment with two very rambunctious little boys! The book is laid out by month, so no matter what time of year it is, you can find something to do! Some of the activities do require a little work, like #1 for August - Set Up A Lemonade Stand. But then there are tons and tons like #11 for March - Roll Down A Hill. Well, goodness, how easy and fun is that? I am in love with this book. Thanks so much for all the great ideas, Rebecca!
