In today’s world, it’s hard to navigate staying healthy. It can be difficult to avoid big brand names and everyday items that you know are bad for you because you don’t have a good substitute. Luckily, there are many ways you can incorporate healthier alternatives into your life to keep you feeling energetic and ready to take on the world. Regulating what you put into your body is a great way to check-in with yourself. You don’t have to jump off a bridge just because your friends do, just like you don’t have to choose mainstream products that poison your body.
