The Benefits Of #FitTea

Have you heard of the new craze, FitTea? FitTea Weight Loss Tea is a unique herbal tea, made of all natural herbs to help you lose weight and purify the body from waste and toxins. FitTea tastes and smells wonderful. For best results it is recommended to drink 1 to 2 cups a day, after breakfast and dinner.

“Give us a few weeks and you will feel great!” is FitTea’s motto. FitTea promotes weight loss and gives you tons of energy! Also, it does not taste bad either! And the smell is pretty amazing.

Besides being great to help you lose the weight, FitTea will help with the following:

Fat burning and weight loss:
FitTea will help you promote weight loss and help to promote the loss of body weight by increasing your metabolism! It does this by not only detoxing your body, but also acting as a powerful appetite suppressant!

Build a rock solid immune system:
FitTea will supercharge and boost your overall immune system. This will help you from getting flu and colds throughout the entire year!

Promote soothing digestion:
Have issues with your digestive system? FitTea will help set you straight, and give you natural and comfortable digestion to make you feel lighter and healthier!

Antimicrobial Properties:
FitTea contains powerful antimicrobial properties to help keep you healthy and most of all feeling good physically and mentally!

The use of substances with antimicrobial properties is known to have been a common practice for at least 2000 years. Ancient Egyptians and ancient Greeks used specific molds and plant extracts to treat infections. Many antimicrobial agents exist for use against a wide range of infectious diseases. Though FitTea DOES NOT claim to cure any infections, the tea has helped me immensely. I received the tea just in time for a much needed kidney detox. That is the main reason I used the tea, not just to lose some weight. I have had recurrent urinary tract infections lately, and one was so bad it turned into a kidney infection. No matter what I did to help myself keep track of my urinary health, I was still getting the UTI’s. So a detox was the answer! FitTea really helped!

The ingredients in the tea are all-natural. No chemicals and harsh stuff. Ingredients: Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger, Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn, and Honey Powder. These ingredients provide a fast working and natural detox.

Natural teas like FitTea have been used all over the world for thousands of years for weight loss and increased energy which helps anyone with a fitness program, among other things.

I received the 14-Day Detox of FitTea, which included 14 tea bags. This really turned out to be more of a week detox rather than 14 days, because I used the tea twice a day. The directions are really simple and easy to follow.

Drink FitTea Detox - 1 cup a day for best results.
Stay hydrated with plenty of water.
Exercise regularly 3 to 5 times per week.
Eat healthy balanced meals.
Repeat daily.

I'm sure this is not going to work for everyone who is trying to lose weight. But like I said, I used it for a different purpose, a kidney detox. The losing weight part was just an extra benefit to me. But, to be honest, I have not noticed a significant loss of weight (but was only on the tea a week). I did notice the tea helped me snack and munch less. I used to sort of be a mindless snacker, in front of the television and all that. But whenever I wanted a snack, I just drank the tea instead. It helped.

I plan on ordering some more tea, not so much for the weight loss, but just because I feel it gives me overall health benefits that popping a pill would not do for me.

Check it all out at FitTea on Facebook, as well as FitTea on Twitter. Do not be discouraged by all the ripped hot bodies the social media posts along with FitTea. That is ideal, but not really realistic. Look at the social media for great recipes and tips, and other real people’s reviews and encouragement! Let me know what you think!
