Last Thursday evening, the Blackduck 1st graders sang "God Bless the U.S.A" during halftime at the girls basketball game.
People in the crowd that evening were so impressed by the adorable performance that our local community heroes (National Guard, First Responders, Firefighters) came into school to thank the kids for their performance and gave the kids the chance to sing it again for them. A big thank you to the local community heroes and to the first grade teachers for creating another amazing experience for the 1st graders. Callan is in the back in the red shirt!
