The Brooklyn Brew Shop helps people make really good beer from really good ingredients by selling kits, mixes, and everything else at the Brooklyn Flea on weekends and online to the rest of the world.
The Brooklyn Brew Shop sent us a Summer Wheat brew kit to try out. Light, crisp and pleasant, the Summer Wheat is brewed with American white wheat and spicy hops, making for a refreshing taste of summer all year round.
The process really did not take that long, to brew it. But now we are in the fermenting stage, so I will have to let you know how it turns out. But really, the mash, sparge, and boil stage was fairly simple! Hubby is very excited to try this beer, and to make some more!
