After the egg hunt this Easter, wow your family and guests with delectable cocktails that are certain to put the spring in your step – even if Mother Nature seems determined not to cooperate.
Peep-tini – a classic Easter treat combined with a delicious cocktail
1 ½ oz. Sobieski Lemon Meringue Vodka
½ oz. white chocolate liquor
1 oz. cream
Sugar
Peep for garnish
Dip rim of chilled martini glass into sugar to coat. Add Sobieski Lemon Meringue Vodka, white chocolate
liquor, and cream in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into sugar coated martini glass. Garnish
with a Peep and serve. I actually tried this one, and whooo! It was good. You have to like lemon if you want to try this, but it was tangy and sweet! Really good!
Easter Bonnet – a cocktail with “All the Flowers Upon It”
1 ½ oz. Camus VS Elegance
¼ oz. pomegranate syrup
1 oz. cranberry juice
3 fresh strawberries
Red rose for garnish
Muddle strawberries and liquids in a shaker tin. Fill shaker with ice cubes, and shake vigorously. Strain
into a martini glass and garnish with a rose.
Bunny’s Tail – this cocktail will put a hop in your step
1 ½ oz. Lucid Absinthe
½ oz. orange flower water
1 tsp. white or clear crème de menthe
1 large egg white
Ice
In a cocktail shaker, combine the ingredients and shake vigorously until frothy and well blended. Strain
into a tall chilled cocktail glass and serve.

I've never associated cocktails with Easter, but the recipe for Easter Bonnet looks pretty good!
