A homely outcast high school girl with a religious zealot mom has long had telekinetic powers. When bullied by her peers she exhibits her powers more, and when a cruel trick plays out on prom night she unleashes her telekinetic wrath and destroys her school, her mother, and herself.
A re-imagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White, a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother, who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom. I love the original Carrie, but this is so good. A great way to get people in this day in and age to appreciate the classics!
