EO-30FST is a fast curing, silver filled epoxy with very high electrical conductivity. EO-30FST can also be cured even faster at elevated temperatures. This electrically conductive glue is a smooth, creamy paste that can easily be screen printed, dispensed via automation, or by hand. Typical applications include lead terminations, bonding ferrites, circuits and conductive bonding. This product is also available in Freeze Packs. Epoxyset Freeze Packs are premixed material packaged in syringes of your preference. They are delivered in dry ice and can be used right away upon thawing; no mixing or mess to deal with by the customer.
