The Bountiful Garden line of artisanal fragrances and candles are made in New Alabany, Ohio.
These scents were created for a woman who loves the natural smell of the earth’s bounty; they signal freshness and impart the free-feeling spirit of the outdoors. With scents ranging from the green tartness of a freshly picked Tomato Leaf, the creamy earthiness of Beet Root, to the bouquet scents of World War II Victory Gardens.
These fragrances bloom differently on everyone, evolving on the skin in the same way these flowers, vegetables and fruits transform throughout the seasons. Everyone will find a scent they love in this diverse range.
The 2013 Spring and Summer Collection features these enticing fragrances;
Tomato Leaf,
Flowering Herbs,
Sweet Magnolia,
Beet Root,
Victory Garden,
Orchard Blossom,
Sunshine Grove. I got to test out the scents, and I have two favorites!
Sweet Magnolia - Nothing conjures up that romantic notion of the South more than the honeyed goodness of magnolia blossoms. With a touch of lemon and hyacinth for brightness, and that most charming of scents – gardenia. Beneath it all is stirred in the timeless intrigue of iris and sandalwood.
Perfect for the Memorial Day holiday coming up is Victory Garden - During WWII, Victory Gardens sprung up all across America. There you were greeted by the crisp aromas of basil and sage. Walk a little further and a touch of citrus, violets and lavender appeared on the nose. And for good measure the warmth of cedar and mahogany added depth and dimension.
The Bountiful Garden Eau de Parfums are light enough to wear in the summer without feeling overwhelmed, but also adjust well into the fall and winter for a refreshing reminder of warmer days. These fragrances bloom differently on everyone, evolving on the skin in the same way these flowers, vegetables and fruits transform throughout the seasons. Everyone will find a scent they love in this diverse range.
