T.R.I.P. Reading Program

TRIP (Targeted Reading Improvement Program) was created by Walter C. Waid and Jordan H. Price, teachers with a combined total of 40 years experience working with special needs, ADD, ADHD, Dyslexic, and special ed students. They received their degrees and teaching credentials from California State University Long Beach and Fullerton California, respectively. Special Features of TRIP: Contains 20 lessons. Each lesson consists of 3 parts. Plus a How  To instructional video with step-by-step teaching instructions.

I will be starting this program with Callan this week, and give you updates of our progress along the way. Callan is not necessarily special needs, though I do suspect some ADHD, as it can be hereditary, and Jason had it when he was a kid. Anyhow, I love reading. Reading is a passion of mine, and I so want Callan to enjoy it as well! And he does show a huge interest. So not only will this program be educational and beneficial - it will be fun, and a great activity for him and I to spend time together! I am really looking forward to it!
