Getting In Shape

I've come to the conclusion that I need to get in shape. But I hate exercising. So I have decided to get in shape by doing something that I love. Walking. And eventually it can turn into jogging and running. But I need to find a really good pair running shoes first. Here are a few of my choices. Tell me what you think.
Nike LunarEclipse+ 2 - The Nike LunarEclipse+ 2 Running Shoe delivers a snug, adjustable fit, plush cushioning and stability without stiffness. Dynamic fit system that tailors the shoe perfectly to your foot. Lunarlon cushioning for reduced weight and enhanced flexibility. Dynamic Support that adapts to your stride for ultimate stability.
Asics Ladies Gel-Kayano - The Asics Gel Kayano is the legend of the running shoe with each year bringing a new evolution and the 18 once again delivers an outstanding ride for the moderate over-pronator. As an IGS development the transition through the 3 phases of gait is very smooth and efficient with an enhanced upper fit and improved forefoot comfort.
Newton Gravity Ladies Running Shoes - This is the top-of-the-line neutral performance trainer that Newton produces, and is the ultimate shoe for natural running. Get a fast, flexible ride with greater energy return and less impact. The Gravity incorporates patented Action/Reaction Technology, what defines Newton from other brands, in both the forefoot and rearfoot. Ideal for any distance, this shoe allows you to run naturally and faster with greater efficiency.
Saucony Power Grid Cortana - New in 2011, the Power Grid Cortana features new and innovative PowerGrid technology. As a result, the shoe offers incredible levels of comfort and cushioning as you run. Using Sauc-fit the upper locks the midfoot onto the platform and also manages to keep the heel secure and comfortable. The hydrated collar lining allows the shoe to breathe and helps wick unwanted moisture away, leaving your feet in a far better condition to compete.

It's hard for me to choose because I'm like they have to look good on me, ha ha. And I like the look of them all. Ugh! Any suggestions?
