We recieved a cedar grilling plank to try out at one of our BBQ's. Plank up your grilling experience! Take plank grilling to a new level of subtlety and sophistication. Afire hardwood planks enhance and enliven food, without overpowering. Great with: Fish, Seafood, All Meats. Smoke Note: smoky-spicy aromatic, with a bit of peppery note. We had never used a plank for grilling, so this was a great experience for us. We did burgers on the plank, and they tasted so good, it was amazing!
