Never Stop Learning Event - KleenSlate Review & *Giveaway*

There are over 30 blogs in this hop and they all have at least $25 worth of educational materials up for grabs!  After you enter the giveaway here, go to the bottom of the post, and go to all the blogs to enter their giveaways too!
KleenSlate Concepts focuses on improving education and communication. They offer a line of award-winning dry erase products, including markers with erasers and the unique KleenSlate dry erase Response Paddles. The products are non-toxic, kid friendly and made to last! The simple and innovative design of the two-sided dry-erase paddles and low-odor markers with erasers allow on-the-go, simple communication anywhere. These teacher invented classroom tools are making a huge impact in education. The hand held response paddles with snap in marker & eraser are proven to raise test scores and engage students in the learning process.
We got some great KleenSlate products to try at home. We got two paddles and extra markers, plus the different paddle board covers. Callan is only 4, but he knows his ABC's and 123's and shapes and such really well. What we are trying to get him to do before Kindergarten is to spell a little bit. Or at least to be able to write out the letters and numbers legibly. He can do his name, but that is about it. So on one board I will draw an item, say an apple or a cat, and flash it to him, and tell him to write down what letter the word starts with. On the other side of my board I will have written the correct response, and show it to him to see if we match. It's a slow start, but he is starting to "get" it, and the visual communication really helps teach him. Plus it is fun bonding time too. I'm very impressed with KleenSlate!

I received products from KleenSlate in exchange for a review on my blog. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
