Moving Can Be Scary

As a lot of you may know, we are moving in the middle of this month. I probably never said why though. We are moving into an apartment in the area where, in the near future we would like to buy a house. We will be first time home buyers. It is exciting, though pretty scary. You hear all the time about homes being foreclosed on, and such. My own parents have refinanced on their mortgage two times in the last 15 years. That may not be a lot, I don’t really know. But I do know they could have saved money with a HARP refinance.

As I said, it is scary to be a first time home buyer, which is why I am learning everything I can about it all. Sometimes it is a lot of information, and it sure can be confusing. But knowledge is power, and the more you know, the better off you will be.
