A lot of women (and even some men) suffer from frequent UTI's. I'm one of them. In fact, I recently had one that I ignored, and it turned into a kidney infection. If I would have had ellura on hand then, it probably would not have been so bad. ellura is not meant to cure a urinary tract infection. ellura is meant to maintain a healthy urinary tract. So now, I take one a day, because I do not want another UTI, since mine are reoccurring. 

To maintain urinary tract health:

Take one capsule daily with water. 

At on-set of known triggers:

Kick-start ellura’s benefits by taking two capsules daily with water for two days. Continue to take one capsule daily with water.

With sexual intercourse:

Take two capsules with water just before or after sexual intercourse. Then one capsule daily with water for three days afterward.
