Twin Cities Kids’ Hair 4:00PM-6:00PM
Let the elf makeover specialists at Kids’ Hair give you a funky elf hair-do at any of their 12 metro locations. The first 25 families who stop by will also receive a gift from Santa’s Toy Chest. The first 25 families to stop by the Roseville location, starting at 4:00PM, will receive a 4-pack of screening passes to see “Arthur Christmas” that night at AMC Rosedale.
