CocoaWell

"CocoaWell is the first natural products brand to dedicate a line of nutritional supplements to the health benefits of cocoa. CocoaWell was inspired by a Harvard University study of the Kuna native islanders of Panama, renowned for their low rate of heart-related health conditions. The study found that drinking five cups of cocoa daily contributes to their health, in spite of their poverty and lack of resources. Inspired the by the Kuna’s coveted health practices, CocoaWell developed a proprietary, innovative method to deliver the health benefits of fresh, organic cocoa in a single capsule, without the calories and sugar associated with dark chocolate."

I was sent the CocoaWell Energy Restore, and I have to say after using for a long period time, I really do feel more energetic and lively. But it is not that icky energy feeling that you can get from some other pills or those energy shots. This is just natural, and you don't notice a "jolt" of energy. "Stress robs our bodies of energy and contributes to fatigue and adrenal exhaustion. Our exclusive Adaptogen3 blend delivers high-quality, standardized extracts of 3 of the most powerful energizing herbs to help the body adapt to mental and physical stress: Ashwagandha, Rhodiola and Schisandra.
One serving: *Enhances energy and focus *Boosts mental and physical performance *Helps fight fatigue and exhaustion."

The pills are pretty large, but with my regimen of vitamins and medicines every morning, it does not make a difference. It is in an easy to swallow capsule, and one of my favorite things - it does not melt in your mouth if you don't swallow right away and leave an icky taste! CocoaWell works for me, and I am glad I discovered it! You can buy CocoaWell products exclusivley at GNC.com.

I received a product from Resvitale and CocoaWell in exchange for a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
