About The Book:

My Thoughts:
This is an excellent book, and I think, for me, from my state of Minnesota, this is a very relevant story! The author is an amazing storyteller and pulls you right into the story. You feel like you are there in the background, watching this all unfold. If you like a little suspense and drama, mixed with romance, and reality, then this is the book for you! This book is TV/movie making material and I definitely think that the author could make this story into a series!
About The Author:
Bernie Dubois has written award-winning children's books under the name Mary Koski, including Children's Choices 2000 and the National Parenting Center's Seal of Approval. This is her first adult fiction work, and she prepared by doing extensive research in the subjects of gambling and addiction, and tribal gaming issues throughout the United States. She has been a college Dean and Provost, and she has recently moved to New York Mills, Minnesota, so she has a presence and connection to leaders and educators in many parts of the Midwest.
