About The Book:
This personal journal is for spouses, fiancées, special friends, or anyone who has a loved one deployed with the military. Gentle journal writing prompts and inspirational sayings guide you through deployment and homecoming. Keeping Track section in the back helps you log milestones, communication, and special moments.

My Thoughts:
I love love love this journal. Not only is it utterly gorgeous, it is great to prompt you in to thinking and helping you write your thoughts. I love the quotes throughout it, and the stress management exercises. A great book for spouses or girlfriends, and maybe even could be given as a gift to your loved one when they return.
