This drink is great. It relaxes you without putting you to sleep. It is more like a calm and focus drink. Jason has been drinking it more than I have and he says it really helps settle his mind so he can focus on his school work. I like the citrus-y flavor. And I can sit and focus on one thing (like blogging - score!) instead of having ten thousand things on my mind and trying to sort through in my head what I need to be doing. I say try it, it could be really helpful to all you busy mamas!
