My Thoughts:
This is a very interesting book. I like how it gives the perspective of teaching inmates. I think the techniques and tips in the book would be great for anyone teaching at risk kids, or adults. It helps to remove the fear from the teacher's situation, and get on with the teaching and learning. The book is very easy to read and follow. I found the author's experiences very interesting and enjoyed learning about her journey.
