The Five Minute Therapist by Joan Belzer
About The Book:
How would you like to lose weight, or have a better sex life, or get rid of the demons in your past just by doing handwriting exercises? These and other topics are covered in the book, The Five Minute Therapist. In just a few minutes a day, you can empower yourself by writing in a more positive fashion.
My Thoughts:
This all sounds a bit odd to me. Practicing your handwriting to lose weight, become calmer and less angry, have better sex? But it sure is interesting. I read through the book and found it intriguing. I like the examples the author gives of people using the techniques, and succeeding. I also like the figures and graphics to show you the examples. I found the parenting sections the most interesting. The coolest thing about this book is that it really only takes five minutes out of your day to try to improve whatever it is you're trying to achieve. I think we can all spare five minutes a day!
