FX Comics Review & *Giveaway*

Wayne Osborne is a graphic and visual effects artist. He has created a comic series called FX. The story follows Tom Talbot. "Struck down by a mysterious accident, Tom Talbot awakens to find that playing pretend has suddenly become all too real! He now has power limited only by his imagination." The story is a great one, in both books. You can't help but root for the good guy! These comics - or graphic novels - are reminiscent of the comics of the past. Remember comics from when you were a kid? Remember Spiderman....of course you do, and this is similar, although not the same. Jason and I both just devoured these books, and we can't wait to share them with the kiddos and get them to have a love for comics/graphic novels like we did when we were kids! To find out more about these books, and to buy them, visit Amazon.

Want to win both of these books, FX #1 and FX #2? Here's how:

1. Follow this blog via GFC and the newsletter.
2. Tweet or FB post about this giveaway.
3. Blog about this great giveaway!
4. Do you have a favorite graphic artist?

Giveaway ends June 20th. Good luck!

I received complimentary review copies of these books from The Sphinx Group. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

  1. I'll be tweeting and FBing this soon. But as for the favorite graphic artist, I've actually got a few. For writers, I love Neil Gaiman, Brad Metzler and Peter David. For art, I love Jill Thompson.

Of all the giveaways you've had, this one definitely is one of my favorites!

  2. I love this giveaway, too! I haven't read many graphic novels, and I don't know who the artists were, but my favorite graphic novel was James Patterson's Witch & Wizard, so whoever the artist was is my new favorite!

I follow via GFC and email!

I don't see a link to tweet so I'll check back later and tweet it when it's there!
