By now you may have heard that the Canada Post has gone on a nationwide strike. Effective on Sunday, 6/19/2011, the USPS will not accept any First-Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, or Express Mail International to Canada. However the USPS will accept Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) shipments. It is unknown how long this limitation will last.

Thanks for posting this! Being from Canada it is very frustrating that Canada Post is on strike. There is talk of the government legislating Canada Post back to work in a few days. Hopefully the mail will be moving again very soon!!
