My Thoughts:

First, this book is huge. It is long and jam-packed with information. The kind of books I devour! There have been a lot of negative reviews of this book, saying it is fake and B.S. and the information is wrong. Well, true or false, there is no denying that this book is interesting and a good read. This book is not about aliens and Roswell, so don't get it solely on hoping that it is all about that. It is more the story of military and government personnel and their experiences working on the base known as Area 51. Like I said, fact or fiction, this is a good book to read, and very good at holding your attention.

Annie Jacobsen is a contributing editor at the Los Angeles Times Magazine and an investigative reporter whose work has also appeared in The National Review and The Dallas Morning News. Her two-part series The Road to Area 51 was one of the most read in the Los Angeles Times Magazine. A graduate of Princeton University, she lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two sons.
