There is not USO in Minnesota. I think the closest one is in Indiana. I think there should be a USO in every state, as there are soldiers from every state, right? Jason volunteered at the USO on Fort Hood as part of the Wounded Warrior Program when he was transitioning out of the Army due to his injury. He loved it, and it opened our eyes to all the amazing things that the USO does for the military and their families. I really miss being involved with the USO and doing things with them. It's really too bad there is not one here in Minnesota. I know a lot of military families here who could benefit from it. Do you have a USO in your state? Do you even know? A lot of people don't. I know a lot of USO's are in the airports, so when the soldier flies in, they can go there and get rest, use a computer, eat, watch TV, make phone calls, etc. All free of charge. If I had the wherewithal and knowledge to, I'd try to open one here in Minnesota. Wouldn't that be cool?
