Cat Lady - Challenge Day

I am a cat person. I'm one of those ladies who is gonna be 80 and have like 10 cats. Ok, maybe not, but I am a crazy cat lady. Before we had kids, it was bad. We have 2 cats - Jax and Dexter, both males. I used to talk to them and have conversations with them. I told you I was crazy. I still talk to them, but just not as much, ha ha. They are definitely part of the family. We would be very sad without them. When we first moved to Texas, Jason bought me Jax as a gift for Christmas. Then the following year I got Jason Dexter for his birthday. So these cats have been with us for awhile. Our first baby boys. Hee hee. Jax has always been a lover and liked both Jason and I. But Dexter is totally Jason's cat. When we first got him he would pee on our bed, only on my side of the bed, and most often on my pillow. He used to even hiss and swat at me. Yeah, he hated me. But when Jason had to go to Iraq for a year, that cat just had to get used to me. If he wanted food and water and a clean litter box, then he had to be nice to me. Ha! I knew Dexter came around to liking me when I was asleep on the couch one day, and he snuggled up next to me. Awww. Jax had to compete with Callan when I was first pregnant. I would be laying down and Jax would lay on my belly and Callan would kick him and Jax would get mad and get off of me. Hee hee. Ohhhh. My cats. I love 'em.
