I received the Good Guys Chart for Callan to help him learn that he needs to share his toys with his little brother. It is a little racetrack and every time he shared nicely, he would move forward. Once he got the finish line and was a winner, we gave him a treat, like a cookie or a piece of candy, since he does not usually get those kinds of foods.
