My Thoughts:

I really enjoyed this book. It is laid out really well and easy to read all the way through, or to reference it when you only want to read about one specific thing at a time. I like how the writing is real, and not technical, so everyone can understand it. This book is very real, so don't expect to be reading something raunchy. This book is about love and passion and desire, and how you can live your life and have a relationship as wonderful as these two authors.

International writers and educators of conscious love and intimacy, Dr. Theresa J. Knight and L. Challis Jensen are a dynamic couple, sharing their timely message of passionate love, physical vitality, and spiritual/sexual aliveness and connection. Challis holds a BA degree in Psychology and Theresa has earned a BS in Hypnotherapy and a Doctorate in Esoteric Studies. The primary focus of her doctorate degree was on the sacred and powerful connection between human love, spirituality and sex to better understand how this could support the modern couple in their pursuit of a greater experience of love. As a happily married couple, they share a passion for each other, as well as for reading, hiking, ballroom dancing, Spanish guitar music and international travel.
