February Is Relationship Wellness Month


February is National Relationship Wellness Month. Put these things on your To Do list this month:

  • Avoid nagging and complaining
  • Speak in soothing tones
  • Go out on a date once a week
  • Give bear hugs & gentle kisses
  • Practice forgiveness
  • Find something to laugh about every day
