I Lift Up My Soul

I Lift Up My Soul by Charles F. Stanley is a great book! I read a few pages every day, because I would read one day’s passage, and then want to read the next, and then the next. The book is setup as a daily devotional, with the dates for each day: January 1st, January 2nd, etc. So it is the kind of book that could take a year to read if you use it in that manner. But I just was so enthralled; I wanted to keep on reading! I am not the type of person to really read scripture, but this book spoke to me. And if you know me, that probably sounds silly. But each days message meant something to me, was relevant to me in my life. I loved that! Amazing book!

About the Book: 365 devotions that lead straight to the throne of God. The sun rises, the day begins, and everything the world needs from you stands waiting at the door. In the midst of it all, the whisper of God invites you to do the most important thing of any day-be with Him. In this 365-day devotional, I Lift Up My Soul, best-selling author and pastor Dr. Charles Stanley leads you straight to the Father with words of encouragement and insight drawn from the Word of God. Each day, you will be inspired to lift up your soul and gain a Bible-centered perspective.
